El Maestro en Grupo K12 del Noroeste

En estos 20 años  en la administración de Instituciones de educación, he sido  testigo de como los estudiantes aprenden de forma distinta. Sin embargo, en lo que me quiero centrar es en el esfuerzo de los buenos docente, que intentan y hacen su deber que sus cátedras resuenen y haga sentido en la mente de cada uno de sus estudiantes dentro y fuera del aula.

Una tarea que parece simple pero al tener una diversidad tan marcada al interior del aula como alumnos con:

  • Habilidades Visuales, auditivas, kinestésicas, intra e interpersonales diferentes.
  • Problemas de conducta
  • Capacidades psicológicas diferentes
  • Capacidades físicas diferentes
  • O entornos sociales distintos

muchas veces vuelve extremadamente complicado el proceso, es más, en ocaciones hasta se ve inhibido.

Si a esto le agregamos que el aprendizaje es un trinomio donde también se involucran los padres de familia, la ecuación  se vuelve multifactorial y verdaderamente compleja ya sea por una nula o excedida participación éstos en del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.

Ahora bien, es aquí donde el esfuerzo, la constante capacitación y la vocación de nuestros docentes en CASC y ALERCE los hace que sean altamente efectivos, navegando a través de estas distintas variables y obstáculos,  cumpliendo satisfactoriamente con la curricular escolar y consiguiendo sobretodo el incremento del rigor académico pero sobretodo el desarrollo holístico de los chicos.

Festejemos como comunidad escolar el contar y recibir el servicio de este excelente equipo de profesionales.

In these 20 years in the administration of educational institutions, I have witnessed how students learn differently. However, what I want to focus on is the effort of good teachers, who try and do their duty to make their lectures resonate and make sense in the minds of each of their students inside and outside the classroom.

A task that seems simple but having such a marked diversity in the classroom like students with:

  • Different visual, auditory, kinesthetic, intra- and interpersonal skills.
  • Behavioral problems
  • Different psychological abilities 
  • Different physical abilities 
  • Different social environments

Many times it makes the process extremely complicated, in fact, sometimes even inhibited.

If we add to this the fact that learning is a trinomial in which parents are also involved, the equation becomes multifactorial and truly complex due to the lack of or excessive participation of parents in the teaching-learning process. 

However, it is here where the effort, constant training and vocation of our teachers at CASC and ALERCE make them highly effective, navigating through these different variables and obstacles, satisfactorily fulfilling the school curriculum and achieving above all the increase of academic rigor but above all the holistic development of the children.
